Plain-English quick add
A date-and-recurrence parser built on chrono understands “fortnightly”, “end of every month”, “sat week” and “half past 6”, and recognises bills, birthdays and renewals from their words.
Case Study · Third Build
Our third product — one calm list for today's chores, with the dates close to the heart (birthdays, anniversaries, bills, renewals) kept alongside. Type or say it in plain English and Memorize It works out the day, the time and the repeat; ask it a question and it answers from your own list.
How It Works
No pickers, labels or boards. Write it the way you would say it.
Type or speak a line: “Pay rent on the 22nd”, “Bins every mon wed fri”, “Amma's birthday 14 feb 1965”. Chips under the box show how it was understood before you press Add.
The day, time, repeat and kind of thing — chore, bill, birthday, anniversary, renewal or event — are worked out from the words, day-first, the way Indian dates are written.
Dates surface under “Coming up” inside their reminder window — a week before a birthday, a month before a renewal — then move into Today, and go Overdue if missed.
Questions like “when is my next electricity bill?” or “how old is my son?” are answered from your own entries, with how far away each date is.
Two people can keep one list: invite by email, and both add, change and tick.
In the App
The Ask page, from a demo account — every answer comes with how far away the date is.
The Challenge
Most to-do and reminder apps assume projects, labels and boards. The small things of a home are different: the electricity bill, Amma's birthday, the LIC premium every quarter, watering the plants. They need to be written down once, in the words you would say them in, and then show up on the right day without any more effort than that.
The Solution
Bhadraavel Technologies designed, built and operates the whole product — and deliberately kept it small.
A date-and-recurrence parser built on chrono understands “fortnightly”, “end of every month”, “sat week” and “half past 6”, and recognises bills, birthdays and renewals from their words.
A microphone button uses the browser's built-in speech recognition, so the spoken line lands in the same box with the same chips to check.
A Dates page, a month calendar with quiet per-day counts, and an Ask page that answers questions from your own entries — no AI service in the loop.
Installs to a phone home screen, and the Today list stays readable offline.

Built With
A small, modern stack chosen to keep the product fast, private and easy to maintain.
The Outcome
Memorize It is live at memorize-it.co.in — a deliberately simple product with the unglamorous parts done properly: natural-language parsing, accounts and sharing, policies, support, backups and automated deployment. It is Bhadraavel Technologies's third product built end to end, after Panchapatchi Sastra and Go Green Health Vault.
