The plain-language terms for using this website.
1. The agreement
These terms apply to your use of bhadraaveltechnologies.com (the “website”), operated by Bhadraavel Technologies (legally BHADRAAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LLP), a software company based in Bengaluru, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it. Our apps (such as Memorize It) have their own terms, which apply to them.
2. What the website is
The website describes our software services and the products we have built, and lets you send us an enquiry. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.
3. Using the website
- Use it lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
- Do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
- Information you send through the contact form must be accurate, and you must be entitled to share it.
4. Your enquiries
When you send a message we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship, and we are not obliged to reply or to accept any project.
5. Our content
The website's text, design, logos and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Names and logos of our apps and of third-party products belong to their owners. You may view and share links to the website, but may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Case studies and third-party services
The case studies describe products we built and how they work, to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing, and may change. The website links to other sites and services (including our apps and Google Analytics). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and availability
We may change the website or these terms at any time. The version on this page, with the effective date above, is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
