Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what we never do with it.

1. Who we are

This website, bhadraaveltechnologies.com, is run by Bhadraavel Technologies (legally BHADRAAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LLP), a software company based in Bengaluru, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information the website collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers this website only; each app we build (for example Memorize It, Go Green Health Vault and Panchapatchi Sastra) has its own privacy policy, linked from that app.

2. What we collect

  • When you contact us: the name, email address and message you type into the contact form, and the category you choose.
  • When you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected by our web server and by Google Analytics (see section 4).
  • If you email us directly: your email address and whatever you write.
  • We do not ask for passwords, payment details or any other sensitive information on this website, and the website has no user accounts.

3. How we use it

  • To read and reply to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent abuse of the contact form.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and sends information such as your IP address, device and pages viewed to Google, which processes it under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We use it for aggregate statistics only. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); the website works the same without it.

The website sets no other cookies of its own.

5. Who else handles your information

  • Our support desk. Contact-form messages are filed as a ticket on our support desk at support.bhadraaveltechnologies.com, which we run on our own server. The desk emails you an acknowledgement, sends our team a notification, and your replies come from support@bhadraaveltechnologies.com.
  • Email and messaging providers. We use an email-sending service (Resend) to deliver those emails and a messaging service (Telegram) to alert our team to a new ticket. They process your name, email and message only to deliver them.
  • Hosting. The website runs on a server we rent from a hosting provider.
  • Google, for analytics, as described above.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Google sign-in and Google user data in our apps

This website does not offer “Sign in with Google” and does not access any Google user data. Some of our apps, such as Memorize It, offer it as an optional way to sign in. In those apps we request only your basic Google profile — your name, email address and profile picture — in order to create and sign you in to your account in that app. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use that information only to provide and improve the app's sign-in and account features, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, to investigate abuse, or where the law requires. Details specific to each app are in that app's own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

Contact-form tickets and emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short time, typically up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@bhadraaveltechnologies.com.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics as described above.
  • We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS and access to our servers is limited to the people who run them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information through the contact form.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update this page and the effective date above.
